Born in Jakarta, on October 19, 1960.

Obtaining Master of Economy's Degree in Accounting Department from Indonesia University in 1986.
His career began from Office of Accountant Santoso Reksoatmodjo as External Audit Staff in 1986-1987. During 1988-1989, he moved to PT. Bakrie Brothers. He occupied several positions in the company, among others financial analysis and Internal Audit staff.
In PT. Bank Niaga, he also participated in executive education program in 1989-1990. During 1989-1991, he occupied the position of Senior Manager Assets in Management Group, Senior Management Merchant Group, as well as Assistant Manager in PT. Bank Niaga.
In 1999-2003, he occupied the position of Assistant Vice Presiden in Loan Setlement Division, Senior Vice President in Debt Restructuring Division, and Vice President in Sale Division in Indonesia Banking Resctructuring Agency (IBRA). In PT. Lippo Bank Tbk, he occupied the position of Vice President Director of Chief Business Officer and Senior Advisor to Board of Directors from 2003-2004. From 2004 and 2005, he was recruited by PT. Danasari Prasetya as the Senior Advisor.
In 2006, he was appointed the Independent Commissioner of Sinarmas Bank.
