In relation to Bank Indonesia Regulation
No.8/5/PBI/2006 dated January 30, 2007 about Banking Mediation,
herewith we inform that Bank Indonesia has been facilitating
Banking Mediation to help dispute settlement between banks and
their customers which have been processed through the banks. |

Dispute Settlement Submission
Procedures and Conditions: |

 |
The dispute has been previously
taken to the bank by the
customer for settlement.; |
 |
The dispute is not currently being
processed or has not been
decided by an arbitrary institution or a court of law, or there
has been no agreement facilitated
by another mediation agent,
and has never been processed through Banking Mediation facilitated
by Bank Indonesia ; |
 |
The dispute is a civil dispute; |
 |
The
dispute settlement submission
through Banking Mediation
is expired in 60 (sixty)
working days since the date
of the bank’s letter
regarding claim settlement
result to the customer; |
 |
The
maximum amount of a financial
claim is Rp. 500.000.000,-
(five hundred million Rupiahs),
which may consist of a cumulative
value of financial losses
suffered by the customer,
potential losses due to a
delayed or unsuccessful financial
transaction between the customer
and other parties, and/or
all costs incurred and paid
by the customer in settling
the dispute; |

claim does not cover immaterial
losses; |

in written by filing a Dispute
Settlement Form and supplied
with all supporting documents: |

event that a dispute settlement
