- Listen well every complaint submitted by the customer and provide the best solutions

Requirements :

Minimum education D3
Have a good tone of voice when talking on the phone
The best service-oriented, think and act in detail
Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
Can use a computer, especially the master MS Office
Willing to work in shifts
Discipline, honest and conscientious

Can work together as a team
Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
