Visit the Bank Sinarmas website, www.banksinarmas.com:

Click i-bank Button:

After the Internet Banking page appear:

Fill the Username field with the User ID that made during the activation process.

Fill the Password field with the Password that made during the activation process.

Click home button to cancel the process, click Login to continue the process. and then will appear the Create Secure Question screen. Like example down below:

a.

Customer have to choose every question from every drop box and give the answer from field 1 to 5, before do the transaction via i-bank.

b.

Every customer answer on the Your Answer Key field must answer correctly and must repeat once more on Confirm Key field.

c.

Every Customer have to remember all the answer and keep the confidential.

d.

System will random the question made by Customer and the Customer have to give the answer for every question every time the Customer do the financial transaction via i-bank.

e.

Every customer will ask to not give same answer on every question.

f.

Every field maximum filled with 20 (twenty) digit, with only number or numeric or combination from both however special character is unavailable.

g.

If the customer chose the question that was available in drop box and gave the correct answer, click the Submit button to continue the transaction process or click the Logout button to cancel the process or out from the screen.

Choose the question from the drop box from the number 1 to 5 field, gave the answer on Your Anwer Key field and repeated the answer on Key Confirm field, then will appear the screen like the example down below:

Click logout button to out or cancel the process, click submit button to continue the process, then will appear screen like down below:

If customer want to change the question and make the new answer, click customer service menu, cub menu change secure question, and then will appear screen like down below:

Click change button and then will appear your secure question creen, filled with question list like example below:

Choose question from rop box from field number 1 to 5, give the answer and repeat the answer on key confirm field, click submit button, and then will appear like screen example down below:

Give the answer of the question. and click back if customer want to back to the previous screen or cancel the process, click confirm to continue the process, then will appear secure qustion change success like example below:

If customer want to continue he process by doing the transfer to my account transaction, choose fund transfer menu, sub menu to my account, then will appear like example down below:

After all the field filled, click submit button, then will appear like example down below:

Filled all the secure question field with the answer that made when creating the secure question. Click back to cancel the process or click confirm to continue the process, and then will appear successful transfer screen like example below:

Click logout to get out or already done use the i-bank facilities.
