      Registration & Activation Steps for User:
 
      Bank Sinarmas internet Banking Registration:
  1. Enclose your document and complete the registration form at your closest branch office. 
    For Individual registration:
   

copy of valid identity card / driving license.
copy of customer identification file (CIF Card).
possessed a valid e-mail account, must be written clear and correctly.
      For corporate registration:
   



Official authorization (based on valid signature of cheque/current account ) for internet banking services operational.
generous identity card and the receipt of authority.
copy of founding official document.
copy of customer identification file.

  2. After correctly filled the form, customer will be given PIN mailer for activation and activated Token by 1x24 after registration.

  3. Customer will get activation e-mail from customer_care@banksinarmas.com to e-mail address which registered.
     
      The Internet Banking Bank Sinarmas Activation
  1. Activation can be execute when your token have been activated. Token activation time is 1 x 24 hour after your registration.
  2. Internet Banking activation steps:

You will need to have your SimasKey for activation.
Your SimasKey will be activated one day after your registration (H+1)
You will have to pick new login name & password for your security and convenience.

    iii. After you click activate, automatically will appear first page of activation step which content:
     
  • Filled Activation code text box

  • Password textbox. Fill by PIN Registration on your pin mailer

  • Pass code textbox. Fill by 6 digit number which appear in your token display
  • Then click submit.

     
       
    iv. Page II you should create your own username and password. Term an condition as follow:
     
  • login name must consist 8 to 20 character alphanumeric with no special character

  • login password must consist 8 to 20 character alphanumeric with no special character

  • click activate or cancel the process by clicking the cancel button.

Page III is confirmation page. Click back to change your profile, username, and password or confirm if your data Is correct.
     
       
    vi. Page IV will appear if your activation success. You can start to do transaction by click do transaction or close to leave.

Now you are already registered as Internet banking user. Please visit our website www.banksinarmas.com to do transaction.
