Born in Menado on June 28, 1947.

Obtaining Master of Law's Degree from Military School in 2002.
He occupied some legislative positions; served as the delegate of East Timor in 1993, the delegate of Irian Jaya in 1996, and the group delegate in 1998. During 1999-2000, he was the President Commisioner of Artha Graha Bank and the President Commisioner of PT. ITCI.
In 2001-2002, he occupied the position of the President Commissioner of Yudha Bhakti Bank, the President Commissioner of PT. Dahama and the President Commissioner of PT. Penas. In 2005, he was appointed the President Commissioner of Bank Sinarmas.
