Indonesian Citizen, aged 47, domiciled in Jakarta. He graduated from University of East London, UK in 1998 with a Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA).

He began his career in core-banking as various key positions at ABN AMRO Bank, Citibank, Bank Standard Chartered, Bank Lippo, Bank Danamon, and the last position on UOB Indonesia as Privilege Banking Business Head. Having experience in the core-banking for more than 23 years, especially in the branch banking sector, consumer banking and wealth management.

He was appointed to be Director of Bank Sinarmas based on the decision of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 5, 2018. This decision was then approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on August 2, 2018.

It is also noteworthy that Miko Andidjaja does not have any family or financial relationship with other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and Controlling Shareholders.
