How to register

  • 1Have an account at Bank Sinarmas to debit the rental fee of SDB and cash deposit of SDB.
  • 2Fill in and sign:
    • Rental agreement of Safe Deposit Box
    • Power of Attorney if the lessee gives an authority to another party by enclosing an original identity card of the agent
    • Power of Attorney of Account Debiting for the payment of rental cost of SDB extension
    • SDB Card, which is a list of mutation of lessee turnover into SDB storage area
  • 3Submit the original identity card of the lessee candidate and his/her agent (if any).
    • Indonesian citizen: KTP (National ID Card) / SIM (Driving License)
    • Foreigners: Passport and KIMS (Temporary Residence Permit Card) / KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card)

Safe Deposit Box Facility is one of service types of rental Safe Deposit Box (SDB) provided by Bank Sinarmas to the customers who need facility of saving goods/valuable documents which is safe from robbery risk and fire risk.

What are the types of Safe Deposit Box size available?

There are 3 available sizes: Small (7 cm x 25 cm x 60 cm), Medium (12 cm x 25 cm x 60 cm) and Large (25 cm x 25 cm x 60 cm).

Will the cash deposit of Safe Deposit Box be returned to the lessee?

Yes, the cash deposit will be returned to the lessee at the time when the lessee is no longer lessee and after the lessee returns 2 (two) original keys of SDB in an original condition without any defect and the rental fee arrear is settled (if any).
