1. Process of SimobiPlus registration for Customers who ALREADY have an Internet Banking
2. SimobiPlus registration for Customers who ALREADY have an Internet Banking, but he/she forgets his/her username and password
3. SimobiPlus registration for Customers who HAVE NOT had an Internet Banking
4. Account opening and SimobiPlus registration - Internet Banking for prospective user who HAVE NOT HAD an account at Bank Sinarmas
5. Activation for user who perform registration via ATM machine (via the menu of Internet Banking registration)
6. Log in SimobiPlus, after registration and activation completed
7. Log in SimobiPlus using a new smartphone
8. Reset EasyPIN, if user forgets EasyPIN
9. Reset SimobiPlus - Internet Banking password, if user forgets password or if SimobiPlus - Internet Banking is blocked
10. Go-Pay Top up
11. Transaction of Pay by QR
12. Buy - Top up of prepaid phone credit voucher
13. Make a new time deposit
14. Send - transfer money
15. Buy - Top up of prepaid electricity credit voucher
16. Customers change their cellphone number
17. Buy - Simas Investa Link and Smart Investa Link Policies
18. Send - Foreign Same Currency Transfer
