This rating was obtained for Bank Sinarmas' commitment to become a Payment & Transaction Bank with the most complete and integrated distribution network.
This achievement of Bank Sinarmas is a testament to the hard work and focus of the entire Bank Sinarmas team which continues to transform in optimizing the use of technological innovation in order to always provide the best service and change customer transactions to be easier and more friendly.

The latest PRISSA innovation is easier for customers to get information 24/7 through the media WhatsApp chats, including information on foreign exchange rates, stock prices and mutual funds. One other advantage, PRISSA is also connected to Customer CARE services so that customers can be quickly responded by Customer CARE agents to get the information they need.
