IMPROVE DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS, BANK SINARMAS SHARIA BUSINESS UNITS PROVIDES MOSQUE FINANCIAL INCLUSION SERVICES THROUGH QRIS

Along with implementing financial inclusion in Indonesia, PT. Bank Sinarmas, Tbk (BSIM) Sharia Business Unit continues to be committed to encouraging sharia financial inclusion through digitalization, one of which is by using QR Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) technology.

In collaboration with the Regional Leadership of the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) Jambi Province, Bank Sinarmas Sharia Business Unit carried out mosque care activities by distributing Infaq to 20 Mosques in Jambi City using the QRIS digital service. This activity was held on Friday (28/10) at the Nurul Hidayah Budiman Mosque, East Jambi District.

"This is in line with the Government's efforts to increase financial inclusion by 90% until 2024, for that BSIM educates the public by providing services through digital transactions so that it is easier for mosques to receive zakat, infaq, alms and waqf through QRIS," said Risman Efendi as Bank Sinarmas Syariah Regional Coordinator for Sumatra Region

"The Indonesian Mosque Council of Jambi Province would like to thank and give appreciation to Bank Sinarmas Syariah for the implementation of this activity, with this activity it is expected to increase friendship and of course can have a positive impact on the management of mosque funds," said Ir. H. Haviz Husaini, MM as Chair of PW. DMI who was accompanied by Drs. H. Rusli Adam MHi as secretary of DMI Jambi Province

Suroto as the Chairperson of the Nurul Hidayah Budiman Mosque expressed his gratitude to Bank Sinarmas for the implementation of this activity, of course with this BSIM QRIS we were greatly helped in the financial processing of the mosque.
