After previously launching the Red Diamond credit card for priority customers at the end of 2024, Bank Sinarmas' efforts to serve customers and the community more optimally were realized by opening two branch offices simultaneously on January 13, 2025, located at Agora Mall, one of the newest shopping centers located at Autograph Tower, which is the tallest building in Indonesia with a strategic location in the center of Jakarta, then followed on 15 January 2025 by the opening of the Thamrin Priority Branch Office located at Sinar Mas Land Plaza Menara 1, JL. MH. Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

"This is Bank Sinarmas' first event in 2025. As an opening at the beginning of the year, we present a priority branch office for our customers. A continuation of our commitment to continue to be consistent in improving services by offering various convenience and comfort transactions, especially for priority Bank Sinarmas customers. "It is possible that we will open more priority branch offices in the future to meet the various needs of our priority customers," said Frenky Tirtowijoyo, President Director of Bank Sinarmas.

The various benefits obtained from the priority services provided at the two branches include exclusive VIP waiting rooms, meeting rooms, personal financial consultation services, and access to various products and services aimed at priority customers of Bank Sinarmas. It is hoped that the various exclusive services provided can also meet the needs of entrepreneurs, who are one of the current priority customer target segments.

Meanwhile, the office on Jalan MH Thamrin is the head office of Bank Sinarmas. "The official operation of these two priority branch offices is expected to support the growth of Bank Sinarmas' priority customers by up to 30-40% this year," said Miko Andidjaja, Director of Bank Sinarmas.
