As a token of appreciation to its customers, Bank Sinarmas has once again held the CUAN-TASTIC 2024 Lucky Draw – Phase 3, featuring a Grand Prize of one BYD Seal Electric Car. The CUAN-TASTIC program is a loyalty initiative dedicated to both new and existing customers, where participants earn raffle entries based on increased savings balances, credit card transactions, QRIS payments, bill payments, and primary mortgage (KPR Primary) activities. The program is conducted quarterly, reflecting Bank Sinarmas commitment to rewarding customer loyalty and trust through exciting prizes and meaningful engagement.

Since its launch in April 2024, the CUAN-TASTIC program has offered a variety of exciting prizes every quarter. In addition to the Grand Prize of one BYD Seal Electric Car, awarded at the end of the program period, Bank Sinarmas has also given away prizes such as: Electric Motorbikes, iPhone 15, Flight Tickets to Singapore, Apple Watch, PlayStation 5, Corkcicle products, E-Vouchers: Tokopedia (IDR 500,000), Traveloka (IDR 100,000), Alfamart (IDR 50,000), Google Play (IDR 50,000), XXI Cinema (IDR 50,000). These prizes are drawn every three months throughout the program period. For Phase 3 alone, the total number of raffle entries reached an impressive 75,047,816 coupons.

On March 27, 2025, a prize handover ceremony was held at Bank Sinarmas Padang Sidempuan Branch, where the Grand Prize — a BYD Seal Electric Car — was officially awarded to the winner, Mrs. Dian Puspitasari Siregar. The prize was presented directly by the Branch Manager of Bank Sinarmas Padang Sidempuan. "Thank you, Bank Sinarmas, for the BYD Seal car prize. I never imagined I would win the grand prize and actually take home a car. I will remain a loyal customer of Bank Sinarmas and look forward to the bank’s upcoming exciting programs.
