Cardless Withdrawal

One more innovation from Bank Sinarmas namely Cash Withdrawal Service Without Card from Bank Sinarmas. Now, you can make a cash withdrawal at ATM machine of Bank Sinarmas without using ATM card.

Procedure to Perform Transaction of Cash Withdrawal Without Card from Bank Sinarmas:

MOBILE NUMBER THAT HAS BEEN REGISTERED

1. Login I-Banking, select Cardless Withdrawal, mobile number and enter withdrawal amount
2. Enter the SMS Token, click Confirm
3. Booking successful, withdrawal code will be sent to your phone
4. Visit the nearest Bank Sinarmas ATM machine & select Cardless Withdrawal
5. Enter withdrawal code & nominal
6. Enter the second SMS Token to be input into the ATM machine
7. Withdraw cash from ATM machines & transaction SUCCESSFUL

CASH WITHDRAWAL MOBILE NUMBER NOT BEEN REGISTERED

1. Login I-Banking, select Cardless Withdrawal, enter your mobile number
2. Enter the withdrawal mobile number, click Confirm
3. Enter the SMS Token, click Confirm & add mobile number has successful
4. Enter withdrawal nominal and write the statement (if necessary)
5. Enter the SMS Token, click Confirm
6. Booking successful, withdrawal code will be sent to your phone
7. Visit the nearest Bank Sinarmas ATM machine & select Cardless Withdrawal
8. Enter withdrawal code & nominal
9. Enter the second SMS Token to be input into the ATM machine
10. Withdraw cash from ATM machines & transaction SUCCESSFUL

Transaction Limit of Cash Withdrawal Without Card from Bank Sinarmas:

1. A Minimum of IDR100,000 per transaction
2. A Maximum of IDR1,000,000 per transaction
3. Daily maximum follows the limit of transfer to Bank Sinarmas account
4. Transaction shall be multiple of IDR50,000
